Delivery Reports

Now you can follow the status and delivery of your messages sent from MyCyber SMS

On our mobile phones we can send messages and receive delivery reports for them if the option is enabled. So, why shouldn't we receive this or even a more detailed report on our bulk sms gateways.

In MyCyber SMS, YES! you see the delivery reports, statuses, and reasons for individual statuses for sent sms in your account.

Our bulk sms gateway is designed to follow it and deliver it to you in a very easy way.

Steps?

Send your SMS

Click View Message Details after the message is sent

Scroll down, then you will see the delivery reports and status of your messages even as the statuses change.

To view reports for already sent sms

Go to your messages history

Click to the Message or the View button to view the particular message.

Scroll down, then you will see the delivery reports and status of your messages even as the statuses change.

NOTE: This feature was implemented starting from 20th November, 2016, so messages sent before them may not provide delivery reports, however if you need reports for messages sent before then, contact our support
